Terms & Conditions

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of 1000frogs and your membership in the Service and may be modified by 1000frogs as needed, such modifications will be effective upon the date of posting to 1000frogs.

1. Eligibility. You must be twenty one or over to register as a member of 1000frogs. Membership iis void where prohibited. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Changes and Cancellations. Cancellations and changes can be made via email to admin@e-matchfinder.com.

3. Standards. 1000frogs will not accept an advertisements placed with the following:

• is offensive to the members of 1000frogs, such as advertisements that promote racism, hatred or physical harm; harasses another person;
• involves the transmission of unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
• promotes information that you know is misleading or promotes illegal activities;
• promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work;
• solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
• engages in commercial activities written consent of 1000frogs.

4. Delivery, Frequency and Makegood. All figures relating to the number of advertisements served as determined by 1000frogs shall govern, regardless of whether Member is using the services of a third party ad server. If 1000frogs fails to provide the guaranteed number of impressions, 1000frogs will make good on this contract.

5. Key Words and Phrases. 1000frogs offers no exclusivity on keywords or phrases. Each advertiser will be given ranking positions based upon the bid they enter on keywords/phrases.

6. Rejections. 1000frogs reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any person or to reject or terminate any memberships for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the member, and whether or not such membership was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

7. Licenses and Indemnification. Member grants 1000frogs the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute member's advertisments and collateral information and warrants that Member has the right to grant such license. Member represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to 1000frogs. In addition, Member represents that the member's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of 1000frogs's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless 1000frogs and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) Member's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) 1000frogs's performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of member's advertisements or collateral information by 1000frogs.

8. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL 1000frogs BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATON, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF 1000frogs HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Privacy Policy

1000frogs has the following Privacy Policy with respect to information gathered on Web pages hosted by 1000frogs. Such information is received by 1000frogs.

The terms "we" and "us" refer to 1000frogs.

The Information We Collect

For Clients, this information may include the Client's name and contact information, the Client's Web site information (name, URL, visitors per day, page views per month, description, categorization), payment information, and user comments.

We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transactions may include: administering a service, such as search, community, advertising sales, ecommerce; completing an order; replying to support requests; or contacting you if you have granted us permission to do so. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy and the End-User Agreement, we do not share this information with outside parties without your permission except to the extent that is necessary to administer the services we offer our Clients and End-Users or to comply in responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal proceedings.

From time to time, we also use the information you provide about yourself or others to inform you of additions or improvements to the 1000frogs services.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones described above without also providing an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Clients can access their personally identifiable information that 1000frogs collects online and maintains by logging in to their password-protected account and selecting "Edit My Profile."

To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your information.
